This website is owned by OBUS PTY LTD referred to as "Obus", "we", "us" and "our".

By using, browsing or accessing this website you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. OBUS PTY LTD (ABN: 94 126 610 008) reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time without providing any prior notice to you.

customer service

For all enquiries relating to the Obus online store please send an email to onlinesales@obus.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

shipping

Delivery throughout Australia is made via Australia Post Express Satchels and will arrive within 5 business days from date of order.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping within Australia

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and sent. All parcels can be tracked via the web on AustraliaPostonline.

We will also ship to any country in the world.

International delivery options are:

Registered Air Mail: approximately 5 - 10 days delivery time - $15

Express Mail: approximately 4-6 days delivery time - $40

If you require an express delivery or speciality shipping please contact us via email and we will try and arrange the required shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Obus takes your online security very seriously and our website helps to keep your details private and secure through the following methods. Obus are confident that when purchasing your items through our online store all information is as secure as if you were to purchase anything in our stores.

At no point does Obus store your credit card details. As soon as your order is placed your credit card details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway where they are then verified by the issuing bank. Once your order is finalised the payment gateway will return your credit card number with several digits removed (this is otherwise known as PAN).

Obus.com.au uses Secure Sockets Layer (128 bit SSL) encryption technology to protect all our customers online transactions. 128 bit SSL encrypts your personal information, including your credit card number, before transmitting it over the internet.

At Obus we recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfil your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business.

All information collection on Obus is for the sole purpose and use of Obus.

returns and exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product(s) please notify Obus via email (customerservice@obus.com.au) of your return and send back the product(s) with your receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Product must be unused with the tags attached and in its original packaging. If a garment is exchanged for a garment of higher value we would require additional payment before dispatch.

Domestic customers must return product(s) within 14 days from date of purchase.

International customers must return product(s) within 30 days from date of purchase.

Obus provides free returns and exchanges for customers within Australia. Once you notify Obus of your returns and exchanges we will send you a free express post satchel for you to return your goods with. Please make sure you note the tracking number when you are returning your goods to Obus.

Any faulty or damaged goods must be returned to Obus. Prior to returning the garments please notify Obus via email (customerservice@obus.com.au).
